From 2008 - 2012 the fourth and final priority has been named 'Creating Community.'

In a society that is increasingly fragmented, where community is based on networks rather than localities, and where more and more people are excluded, the churches are challenged to build community in new ways.

It is our intention to develop programmes and initiatives that will address issues such as multicultural ministry, empowerment, self-awareness, social exclusion, poverty and deprivation, and issues relating to the community of women and men in mission, such as men disengaging from the church.
