In the period 2007-2012 the European Region will concentrate on four programmes areas.
These are:
- Youth in Mission: Promoting the involvement of young people in mission.
- Shaping the Church for Mission: Explores areas such as the emerging church, multicultural ministry, discipleship, leadership development and stewardship. The Window on the World conference also forms part of this programme
- Faith Sharing in a European Cultural Context: Enabling faith sharing and evangelism focusing specifically on European culture.
- Creating Community: Explores the issues around building community in new ways. These include multicultural ministry, empowerment, self-awareness, social exclusion, poverty and deprivation and issues relating to the community of women and men in mission, such as men disengaging from the church.
