    The following resoures were made to a consultation of 25 people from CWM Europe in Manchester in 2011. The participants were from each of the CWM Europe member churches and were involved in mission enabling, training and raising mission awareness in the member churches.

  • Shaping missionary congregations   ( 32 Articles )

    These web pages contain 30 approaches to local mission: 30 approaches to shape and form the missionary congregation.

    There are no detached ideas or stories, but different perspectives that can give a local congregation a distinctive “colour.”   It is of course also possible to go for a combination of approaches – one approach does not mean the others have to be excluded.

    The purpose of this resource is to give local congregations something to explore. The models are based in everyday practice and are attractive in practice.

    Faith Sharing in a European Context” is a programme of CWM Europe, an element of which was a workshop in Brussels in June 2011.  The workshop was an opportunity to consider the experience of being a Christian in Europe with all it opportunities and possibilities.  The workshop considered themes of European Integration; European Finance; Migration in Europe and Diakonia/service.
